The Terms and Conditions of Scotimage.com Ltd pertains to photographs provided by Scotimage.com to the users of www.scotimage.com.

Permitted Use

You may only use the images supplied by Scotimage.com for editorial use only.

There is a mandatory photo credit on each of the images supplied by Scotimage.com. The credit should be: “Scotimage.com”

Restrictions

If there is a case whereby you wish to use these images for advertising or commercial purposes, you must contact Scotimage.com to arrange a fee, prior to usage.  

No digital manipulation or modification or modification of images supplied from Scotimage.com is permitted

Terms of Payment

Payment for images must be made to Scotimages.com Ltd within 30 day of use.

Terms of agreement

Users of Scotimage.com agree to these terms and conditions on registering. These terms apply to all users. Scotimage.com accounts  can be closed by users,  on written notification of permanent deletion of all images downloaded from Scotimage.com.
